Exchange Policy
We always want you to have a great experience with us and while we currently do not offer returns, we’re happy to assist with exchanges under the conditions below.
Exchange Guidelines
To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:
- You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
- The item shows no signs of use, damage, or alteration
- When trying on footwear, please avoid damaging the soles or shoe box, use carpet or soft flooring.
Important note about exchanges
Please note that all exchange related costs are handled by the customer. This includes:
- Shipping the item back to us
- Any customs duties or import taxes for the return
- Shipping fees for the replacement item
- Any customs duties or taxes for the re delivery
These charges are set by courier companies and local authorities, and are not controlled by Dumist.
